杭州上昵生物科技股份有限公司是中国浙江省杭州市一家兽用抗生素原料药生产企业。现公司有意在印尼投资建厂，拟投建兽用抗生素发酵、合成、制剂生产一体化项目，项目建设包括技术研究中心、中试车间、综合性生产车间及其配套动力车间、环保处理中心、配电中心、仓储中心等相关厂房设施。希望可以找到类似发酵或者制药等精细化工行业的产业园区入驻。具体需求说明如下：
项目年产兽用抗生素原料药2000吨。
计划一期投资人民币约7亿元。
项目一期拟用地200亩。
项目全部达产后预计用工400人左右。
配套要求：
水：园区配备饮用水供应，需求量40万吨/年；
电：园区配备电力系统（最好双电源），需求量10亿度/年；
废水：园区有污水排放容量，废水排放量25万吨/年；
危废：园区周边有危废处理单位，解决危废处理需求，排放量800吨/年；
废气：VoCs排放量6吨/年；
消防：园区需配备消防应急设施。
